License Agreement

License Grant

Subject to your adherence to these terms, ArcticAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ArcticAI platform for your internal business or personal purposes.

This license does not confer the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the service or any of its constituent parts. ArcticAI may revoke this license at any time in the event of a violation of these terms.

Permitted Use

You may use ArcticAI to:

• Upload, process, and analyze documents within dedicated GPU cold chambers
• Query and extract information from your documents using the AI chat interface
• Generate reports, summaries, and derivative works from your uploaded content
• Export audit trails and generated artifacts for your records

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the ArcticAI platform
• Use the platform to develop competing products or services
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' vaults or data
• Employ the service for unlawful activities or to process illegal content
• Resell, sublicense, or grant access to the platform to third parties without authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security measures, rate limits, or access controls

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload to ArcticAI. We assert no ownership of or rights to your content. Documents are processed exclusively on your dedicated GPU instance and are never accessed, stored, or utilized by ArcticAI for any purpose.

Any outputs produced by the AI models — summaries, reports, extracted data — based on your documents belong to you.

Open-Source AI Models

ArcticAI utilizes open-source AI models (including models from the Qwen and Llama families) licensed under their respective open-source terms. Your use of these models through ArcticAI is subject to those licenses in addition to this agreement. The open-source nature of these models ensures their weights and architecture remain fully auditable.

Disclaimer

THE ARCTICAI PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ArcticAI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content prior to relying on it.

Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. ArcticAI may revoke your license at any time if you breach any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. Any remaining prepaid credit at the time of termination may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
