Accepted Payment Methods
ArcticAI accepts Visa and Mastercard for all transactions. Every payment is processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
Prepaid Credit Model
ArcticAI operates on a prepaid credit model. You load funds into your account and GPU compute time is drawn down from your balance as you use it. There are no subscriptions, no automatic recurring charges, and no minimum deposit requirements.
Compute Rates
GPU time is metered per minute at the following hourly rates, determined by the model tier you select when opening a vault:
Insufficient Balance
If your prepaid balance depletes to zero while a vault is active, the vault will be automatically frozen. No data is lost. You may resume the vault at any time after loading additional credit. You will never be charged beyond your available balance.
Payment Security
All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We do not store your complete card details on our systems. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
Currency
All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees for accounts denominated in other currencies.
