Accepted Payment Methods
ArcticAI accepts Visa and Mastercard. If you pay in EUR you can also use Multibanco, and in PLN you can also use BLIK; these local methods take you to your bank or payment app to approve the payment. Card details travel over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Prepaid Credit Model
ArcticAI operates on a prepaid credit model. You load funds into your account and GPU compute time is drawn down from your balance as you use it. Your balance is kept in US dollars; a top-up in another currency is converted at the rate shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions and no automatic recurring charges. Each top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000. Rates are refreshed every 24 hours.
Compute Rates
GPU time is metered per minute at the following hourly rates, determined by the model tier you select when opening a chamber:
| Tier | Model | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| FLASH | Qwen3-4B Instruct | $0.99/hr |
| TURBO | Qwen3.5-35B-A3B | $4.99/hr |
| ULTRA | GLM-5 | Coming soon |
Insufficient Balance
If your pay-as-you-go balance can no longer cover the next minute of GPU time while a chamber is running, that chamber is destroyed: its GPU is released and the documents and generated files on it are permanently deleted. You will never be charged beyond your available balance. Paused chambers are not affected. We do not send a low-balance warning, so export your chat and download generated files before your balance runs low.
Payment Security
We do not store your full card number or security code. Card details are entered in our checkout form and passed over encrypted HTTPS connections to our payment processor.
Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency you select: USD, EUR, PLN or AZN. You pay in the currency you choose at checkout. Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees if your card is in a different currency. Contact: support@arcticai.space.
