Short answers about balance, metering and payment.
Each top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or its equivalent in the currency you pick at the day's rate (US dollars included), with the maximum rounded down to a round figure so it never exceeds €20,000. In the currency you have selected, that is $1.12 to $22,280.00. There are no subscription tiers and no lock-in periods: use your credit whenever you need to spin up a cold chamber.
GPU time is tracked per minute at the hourly rate of your chosen model tier. You are only billed while a chamber is actively running. Paused and destroyed chambers cost nothing.
On pay-as-you-go, when your balance can no longer cover the next minute of GPU time, any running chamber is destroyed: its GPU is released and the documents and generated files on it are permanently deleted. You are never charged more than your balance, and paused chambers are not affected. We don't send a low-balance warning, so keep an eye on the balance in the top bar and, before it runs low, export your chat, download any files the AI generated for you, or pause chambers you aren't using (paused chambers aren't billed). An auto-destroy timer, set when you create a chamber, also caps how long it can run.
Each chamber is provisioned with a specific model tier at creation. To use a different tier, create a new chamber. You can operate multiple cold chambers simultaneously across different tiers.
Not yet — pricing today is the same pay-as-you-go rate for everyone, no matter how much you use. If you have high-volume needs, reach out to us at support@arcticai.space and we'll let you know if anything changes.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. In EUR you can also pay with Multibanco, and in PLN with BLIK. Card details travel over HTTPS, and we do not store your full card number.
