Refund Policy

Prepaid Credit Model
ArcticAI runs on a prepaid credit model. You load funds to your account and GPU compute time is drawn from your balance as you use it. There are no subscriptions and no automatic recurring charges.
Circumstances That Qualify For A Refund
We will process refunds under the following circumstances:
- Platform outages: If an ArcticAI service disruption renders a running vault unusable, we will credit the affected compute time back to your balance.
- Billing errors: If a system error results in an incorrect charge, we will correct the discrepancy and refund any overage.
- Unused credit at account closure: If you close your account with remaining prepaid credit, you may request a refund of the unspent amount.
Circumstances That Do Not Qualify
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Consumed compute time: GPU time already consumed by active vaults is non-refundable.
- Unattended running vaults: If a vault is left running unintentionally and continues to consume GPU time, that usage cannot be refunded. We recommend using the auto-destroy timer to prevent this.
- Data loss from vault destruction: Vault destruction is permanent and irreversible by design. We are unable to recover data from destroyed vaults, and no refund is issued for data loss resulting from destruction.
Requesting A Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at hello@arcticai.dev with your registered email address and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Delivery
Approved refunds are returned to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the transaction. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
