Refund Policy

Prepaid Credit Model
ArcticAI runs on a prepaid credit model. You load funds to your account and GPU compute time is drawn from your balance as you use it. There are no subscriptions and no automatic recurring charges.
Circumstances That Qualify For A Refund
We will process refunds under the following circumstances:
| Platform outages | If an ArcticAI service disruption renders a running chamber unusable, we will credit the affected compute time back to your balance. |
|---|---|
| Billing errors | If a system error results in an incorrect charge, we will correct the discrepancy and refund any overage. |
| Unused credit | Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Ask us and we return the unspent part of that top-up to the payment method you paid with. |
Circumstances That Do Not Qualify
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
| Consumed compute time | GPU time already consumed by active chambers is non-refundable. |

| Unattended running chambers | If a chamber is left running unintentionally and continues to consume GPU time, that usage cannot be refunded. We recommend using the auto-destroy timer to prevent this. |
| Data loss from chamber destruction | Chamber destruction is permanent and irreversible by design. We are unable to recover data from destroyed chambers, and no refund is issued for data loss resulting from destruction. |
Requesting A Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at support@arcticai.space with your registered email address and a description of the issue.
Refund Delivery
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used for the transaction: the Visa or Mastercard card, or the bank behind a Multibanco or BLIK payment. How long the refund takes to appear depends on your bank.
EU/UK Statutory Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Because GPU compute time is digital content supplied immediately — funds you load become usable right away and compute time is consumed as you use it — by adding credit to your account you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right is lost once that credit has actually been consumed. Any portion of your credit that has not yet been consumed remains refundable, as described above.
