Cancellation Policy

Nothing To Cancel

ArcticAI has no subscriptions. There are no recurring fees, no monthly charges, and no contracts to terminate. You load credit to your prepaid balance and spend it at your own pace.

Vault Management

You maintain full control over your vaults at all times:

• Freeze a vault: Temporarily pause the GPU instance. No charges accrue while frozen. You can resume later with your data intact.
• Melt a vault: Permanently terminate the GPU instance and erase all data. This action is irreversible. No further charges are incurred.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your ArcticAI account entirely:

1. 1.Destroy all active vaults from your dashboard.
2. 2.Email us at hello@arcticai.dev to request account deletion.
3. 3.If you hold remaining prepaid credit, you may request a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

Upon account closure, all personal data associated with your account is permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Zero Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees, no early termination penalties, and no charges for closing your account. ArcticAI is entirely pay-as-you-go.
