Cancellation Policy

Nothing To Cancel
ArcticAI has no subscriptions. There are no recurring fees, no monthly charges, and no contracts to terminate. You load credit to your prepaid balance and spend it at your own pace.
Chamber Management
You maintain full control over your chambers at all times:
| Pause a chamber | Temporarily stop the GPU instance. No usage charges accrue while it is stopped. Resuming restarts the same machine, with its documents, when its host is still free; if it is not, you get a fresh machine and the documents from before are gone. |

| Destroy a chamber | Permanently terminate the GPU instance and erase all data. This action is irreversible. No further charges are incurred. |
Closing Your Account
If you wish to close your ArcticAI account entirely:
- 1.Destroy all active chambers from your dashboard.
- 2.Delete your account directly from Settings → Privacy & Data. If you hold a remaining prepaid balance, email us at support@arcticai.space first to resolve it — self-service deletion is unavailable until the balance is cleared.
- 3.If you hold remaining prepaid credit, you may request a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Upon account closure, all personal data associated with your account is permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Zero Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees, no early termination penalties, and no charges for closing your account. ArcticAI is entirely pay-as-you-go.
