Arctic Expedition Guide
Everything you need to know about provisioning cold chambers, sealing documents inside, and analyzing your data in complete isolation.
Getting Started
Base Camp Setup
1. Register At Base Camp
Sign up with your email address and a password. No credit card is needed to create your account and explore the dashboard.
2. Load Fuel Credits
Navigate to Billing and load your prepaid balance using Visa or Mastercard. You decide the amount — no minimums, no subscriptions, no recurring charges.
3. Open A Cold Chamber
Click "New Vault" from your dashboard. Name it, select a use case preset, and choose your model tier. A dedicated GPU instance will crystallize in approximately 60 seconds.
4. Seal Your Documents Inside
Drag and drop files into your vault or click the upload zone. Documents are encrypted and transferred directly to your isolated GPU instance over frozen channels. Maximum file size is 50 MB per file.
5. Analyze In Isolation
Use the chat interface to interrogate your documents. The AI processes everything locally inside your cold chamber — no data leaves your instance. Generate reports, extract data, compare documents, and more.
6. Melt When Done
When your analysis is complete, destroy the vault. The GPU instance is terminated and all data — documents, chat history, generated outputs — sublimates permanently and irreversibly.

Cold-Chamber Analysis Tools
Document Interrogation
Ask natural language questions about your sealed documents. The AI reads and understands your files, returning answers with references to specific sections. All inference happens locally inside your cold chamber.
Document Editing
Instruct the AI to rewrite, restructure, or distill content from your documents. Produce revised drafts, executive summaries, or structured extracts — all without data leaving your isolated environment.
File Generation
The AI can generate new artifacts based on your documents and instructions. Supported output types include:
- Summary reports (PDF, DOCX)
- Data extraction tables (CSV, XLSX)
- Comparison matrices
- Timeline and chronology documents
- Due diligence reports

Frost Levels
ArcticAI runs auditable open-source models on dedicated GPUs. Each frost level offers a different balance of speed and capability:
Best for: Quick-freeze summaries, fast data extraction, simple queries
Best for: Multi-document reasoning, legal review, balanced cold-chamber workflows
Best for: Deep-freeze analysis, nuanced extraction, enterprise workloads
Best for: Absolute zero capability, multi-step reasoning, full precision

Prepaid Balance
ArcticAI operates on a prepaid fuel model. Load credit to your account using Visa or Mastercard, then spend it across any number of cold chambers at your own pace.
Per-Minute Metering
GPU time is metered per minute at the hourly rate of your selected model tier. You are charged only while a vault is actively running. Frozen and destroyed vaults incur zero cost.
No Recurring Charges
There are no monthly fees, no subscriptions, and no minimum commitments. You pay exclusively for the GPU time your cold chambers consume.
